Our pricing structure is as follows:

Normal Service

We calculate our prices by calculating mileage from the center of one zip code to the center of another zip code. With that in mind, there is a $12.75 base minimum that will cover the first 8 miles of the delivery.

00 to 8 Miles                         $12.75

9 to 18 Miles                         $12.75 + .75 cents each mile (Ex. 14 mi = $17.25 formula $12.75 + (.75 x 6))

19 to 38 Miles                       $12.75 + $1.50 each mile (Ex. 24 mi = $27.75 formula $12.75 + (.75 x 10) + ($1.50 x 6))

Above 38 Miles                    Priced at time order is placed.

There will be a county change, and/or bridge or causeway charge of $5.00, where applicable.

If beach delivery is needed an additional $5.00 charge will be assessed.

You may base your pricing calculations on the “driving directions” page from www.mapquest.com.  Remember to enter only zip codes not addresses.  We price from the center of a zip code to the center of another zip code.

Direct Service

Prices will be 50% Greater than Normal Service

All Day Service

Our county wide charge is $10.00 called in or received by 11:30am, to take it to a Second County add $4.00

All Day Service area:

  Pinellas County: All (except beaches).

  Pasco County: west side from Holiday north to Hudson. (34691, 34652, 34668, 34667, 34690, 34653, 34655, 34654, & 34669)

  Hillsborough County: from the Tampa Bay north to Bearss av. And east to 50^th St. and south to Causeway Blvd

  (Mac dill A.F.B. & Tampa International Airport additional charge)

Discounts currently available are as follows:

Additional charges:

• Up to 3 packages are included in the base price.

• Additional packages will be $1.00 extra each.

• Waiting time will be 40 cents a minute after the first 10 minutes or at $24.00/hour.

• After the first 40 lbs. there will be an additional charge of .07 cents per pound.

• Additional stops will be $10.00 per stop (local) or $4.00 for the same building.

• If a van is required there will be an additional $20.00 charge.

• If a pick-up truck is required there will be an additional $10.00 charge.

• There will be an additional $15.00 airport charge.

• Wrong addresses charges will vary depending on degree ($5.00 & up).

Expected time frames:

For Normal Service

Within the same county we expect to complete your order from order entry to delivery in 2 hours or so.

From one county to a neighboring county we expect to complete your order in 3 hours or so.

Above time frames are based on good driving conditions.
